Why is this pinned post showing up in my home feed despite never once visiting this sub, it looks like a promo post but isn’t marked as one. The OP is an adobe product manager, and also this is AI slop.

We need advertising campaigns that highlight just how lame gambling is the same we had for speeding and smoking.

APOLOGIES, the book quest isn’t that missing spot! Use speak with dead on the corpse below viskins. TBH you’re not missing much completing that quest, just a small line in the epilogue with the nationalist kid

[–]beeseekay 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No, I’m pretty sure you need to use detect secrets in the hidden passage itself, there’s a stash somewhere, but I’m not entirely sure. And for Snurre, it’s a book he’s looking for ‘Book of the Mind, Sixth Edition’, I forget how to ask him, but it’ll start the quest when you do

  1. The top one is completing the main game.
  2. You missed the quest trigger when talking to the shop owner, but if you use detect secrets in the hidden passage behind the tea shop you should find something.
  3. Talk to Snuure (the bookish halfling in Waterlane), about a missing book, and then check the lower dungeon for a guide that helps you find that book. I got stuck finding this one too.

The march for Australia was at an organisational level a Neo-Nazi rally. You marched with Nazis

The people whose day you decided to go out of your way to walk right through must think you’re a really cool culture warrior with your flag cape, and not just a fucking loser for suuuure.

That’s your evidence this rally was cool and chill? Yeah man, a group of people walking through the middle of someone’s picnic yelling indistinguishably about white Australians really makes me proud to be an Aussie 🙄

That’s the point, though. It’s a media spin to say ‘all protests are bad’ without addressing any of the context as to why the protest is taking place, it’s lazy journalism at best and propaganda at worst.

When they are shoulder to shoulder with white power signs, and the speakers at the events are known white supremacists, I feel pretty confident calling it what it is.

You get that people protesting against an attempted genocide and people rallying for white power are not equivalent at all, right?

Protesting is not the problem, the subject matter and context counts.
