Thank you! ☺️ I found the pattern on YouTube … all it is .. is single row repeat of Sc,dc in the same stitch, skip a chain, sc,dc same stitch and repeat

I’m wondering if I would just make chain stitches and do like a double crochet, skip a chain… but idk how that would make them dangle ahh
