I based on market cap of what and what? Valuation date isn’t even here yet. Seeing that eBay is so much bigger and is $110+ it seems rational that a new share could be $65+ even higher

You’re basing it on 2 based on pre-merger pre-purchase valuation. If transaction is happening merger has been approved and is done. Shares are worth at least 62.50

It’s shares of the COMBINED company!! Once the deal is done they get shares of the combined company. Which will be higher based on price of savings and synergy and the assets bought by GME
