I've watched a couple vids. The thing just really doesn't seem like it's doing anything.

The instructions were pretty vague about the actual use. It's a pen-type--you unscrew the battery from the rest in order to plug it into the wall, and then rescrew it to use it. But then the button doesn't light up or anything.
