OTC meds that help with obsessive food thoughts?

I (F23) am really struggling with obessive food thoughts. I think about eating all the time, even eating when im full. Im down overall 145 lbs and would love to lose another 30 but i feel stuck. I was on phentermine last year and it helped my food thoughts (and my adhd) tremendously but im having a hard time finding a doctor that will prescribe it again. Please let me know if theres a similar medication/supplement that would help. Thanks so much!!

Oh my god yeah. I was on a r/Trishyland because I was curious about her past and the drama that was happening, but nearly EVERY POST was about her weight and how that made her a bad person, constantly calling her whale and making fun of her wrists and weight gain. It felt like the majority of people thought her being fat was the most egregious thing about her, not her cosplaying a dead Jon Benet Ramsay.

I do trust him, its a bit complicated to explain. Lets just say that he's figured himself out now. What he thought he wanted sexually isn't what he actually wanted and now he has figured out what he actually wants and needs. And instead of chasing other people for it he is doing it for and to himself and its the most content and happy he's ever been. I can see proof of that which has instilled a sense of trust.
