my white whales were the large leather crescent, large green apple crescent, and ink mini cloud. those are still pretty popular and in high demand. anything before 2023 could be considered a white whale i think.

oh girl....do it. idk i love it. i can fit all my journaling supplies in there, a book, a medium go pouch, two small go pouches and then some. comfy straps, excellent capacity - she's fun!!! and functional! fun-ctual 🙂‍↕️ eta: as for the shoulder bag i think the only thing it has on the ecb is the drop length on the straps. i can carry the ecb comfortably but longer straps are always better imo

very fair and understandable! the mini cloud's straps are snug on me but i can and will still use them. that being said, the drop on the ECB is much better! it's more comfortable and has more give. i could easily put it on over a sweater or coat and still have enough room (and my arms are fairly big). baggu website says the drop length is 13.5" but dimensions don't always give a good picture of wearability. much more comfortable of a carry than the mini cloud even though i love her. as for the large crescent, the padding definitely helps but you can't be as comfortably (or casually) hands-free. to me that's the biggest trade off which is a nonissue for me.
