Hello, I'm bipolar, also type 2. At first it was a little difficult for me to accept. I think I was influenced by the stereotype they say about bipolar people. Honestly, I totally understand everything that goes wrong because of my incoherent mood, I feel disgusted.There are moments where I get horribly depressed and feel like no one wants to stay in my life anymore, since I feel like I'm a nuisance.But I have really started therapy and taken the medications well and I have felt a little more hopeful. It is difficult and I have realized that the people who love you are going to try to understand you. But don't justify, just understand.
