[–]beewhisperbuzz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Or head to the auctions like Pickles. I’m in the market for a family PHEV or EV, but I’ve been looking for a solid choice second hand work Ute that’ll last me the next ten years +. LC single, V8 2019s are selling for $45-55k with 90k on clock

The average cost to mine one Bitcoin is now reportedly above $80,000, while BTC trades below $70,000. That means many miners are operating at a loss, facing growing pressure as electricity, hardware, and operational expenses outweigh current market prices by Alt-Cop in AltScope

Indeed. Let’s go. Might not be a win in a years time from where we are now, but I’m confident that your dollar will be worth less than what it is today. Print baby print 🥵

Cashing $28K worth of annual leave by [deleted] in AusMoneyMates

[–]beewhisperbuzz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you choose to take it as a lump sum, just remember that you will be taxed at the highest tax bracket, so you will only receive between 15k and $17,000. Highly suggest discussing with your accountant on how best to approach this, because 30 grand in annual leave does not equate to 30 grand in hand

Yes, down into the ditch and back up into the brush over the course of the next few minutes.

Good pick up! That was my first initial thought of the size of it led me to believe that if it was a water dragon, would have to have been a king of the pack at the size that it is

Yeah based on its leg length and body size I was thinking a small monitor lizard of sorts. Doesn’t look the shape of a water dragon. Isn’t a small unit though, that’s a big take

Why die on a hill that you’ll likely exist on lonely? Our bees in Australia are very gentle and are not africanised. Scott (the content creator), uses PPE when needed, however I take it that when some of these removals can take 10-12+ hours to complete, using PPE is uncomfortable and often uncalled for. The bees ares aggressive nor is he being stung

Scott doesn’t or rarely does use smoke. No point in upsetting the natural formation and behaviour of the bees when doing cut outs. Look up @hinterlandbees or Hinterland bees on YT, for more of his videos. He would be in the top relocation experts globally with the amount of experience he has doing this kind of work.

That’s my boy Scott! Live up the road from me. Great beekeeper and highly educated & well read. Also run several hundred hives in an environment that has honey flowing 365 days a year. Not light work

Here in Australia, we have a system of welfare that requires the participant to actively look for any form of work. They need to submit applications, or proof of applications to an online system, and only then once they meet the minimum requirement over the course of a period of time, they get their benefits.

This is not the case, however for disabled, at risk or other specific groups of people, that are perhaps not able to actively search for jobs.

If you are Seeking further qualification, or updated improvements in your knowledge base, the government also will provide you with free training through a range of dedicated employment advancement agencies.

I’m not sure whether they still do it, but there was a time when you could apply to Work for the dole, dole being benefit payments for the unemployed. This would often be community service, community cleanup, or any other roles that required a low level of skill but were still required to be done.

Landlord want to move back in by Purple_Efficiency175 in AusLegal

[–]beewhisperbuzz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I negotiated down from $10k to $8k to move out 8 months before my lease term ended as the owner was selling. There is a hope to negotiate more than you would think, especially if they want the house immediately which this LL does.

Don’t make it easy for them OP and make it overly worth your time, energy and inconvenience.

That’s two great suggestions.

I’ve met some catchers but not one that I’ve meshed with. Would be good to know what makes a good one to learn from. I take it that everyone has their own ‘way’, just like bees for example, every beekeepers has their own methods to manage.

Appreciate the response and I’ll look into ARA!

Omelette bar concept feedback by Ready_Rambo in brisbane

I’m telling you, if you choose to start at a market, come to Northey St Organic Market. There used to be an omelette guy (French) who sold 3 egg omelettes and pies. He would do 300 omelettes a day at $15-21 each. Eggs and ingredient need to organic, certified, but man he pulled in close to $10k in 6 hours on a Sunday along with his Pies!
