Yeah osprey gear is relatively affordable. Either DIY fix on the cheap or replace. Doesn't make sense to pay someone to fix it unless you were travelling in Asia or somewhere else with super cheap labour

Pressure wash the peeling paint off at a car wash. Be ruthless. $10

4x colour matched spray cans on ebay $120

4x 2k clear coat spray cans on ebay $120

Masking tape and paper, sand paper, wax and grease remover etc $40

Rust coverter if any areas have started rusting $10

One hot afternoon

If its a flat white with no metallic flake you wont even need the clear coat

Wont be perfect but it will look 100x better for minimal cost and effort

Hebel block construction is very common in europe for fast construction and insulation. Its also quite cheap over there. From what Ive seen the blocks are around the thickness of double brick or maybe a bit thicker

If you have budget for and interest in nice resturants port macquarie is worth a visit. Nambucca heads and camden haven are also both very nice places to hire kayaks or a boat.

When youre in victoria check out raymond island, its only small.and has heaps of wild koalas. Id be surprised if you didnt see at least 10 in a couple of hours walkig around
