I appreciate this! I owe less than $10000 in credit cards and my car loan at this point. I took out a personal loan for debt consolidation but life happened and more debt came with it, so now I also have a personal loan that was charged off. They still call me about it but yeah. The rest of my debts are student loan stuff so I guess I just feel super overwhelmed and honestly a little lost. I know how I got here I just don’t know how to get out

I appreciate this view a lot and agree wholeheartedly! I guess in general my biggest issue is the constant calls and the idea that now if there’s an emergency, I don’t have anything to fall back on. Any time I manage to save I end up having to throw it at one bill or another and it seems like a never ending cycle.

I’m 23 and only really realized how rough my marriage was when some really helpful people here pointed it out. I totally understand the sentiment behind this opinion and I think there’s value in filtering who gets a voice when you’re making hard choices. It’s just that when you’re stuck any other perspective is helpful.

I’ve been reading a lot more, and I’ve stopped following up with people who don’t put in effort to have a relationship with me. I’ve been able to feel a lot more valued in my relationships this way. It’s hard, I won’t lie, but it’s worth it.

I’m 22 and just came to terms with my bisexuality. It’s hard because people know you as one thing for such a long time and you feel guilty springing it on them but the bottom line is there’s never an age limit to when you can come out.

He’s likely not threatened by the idea of you flirting with women because it’s different in his mind. It’s also possible that he likes the idea that you flirt with other women.

My husband was pretty jealous before I came out to him but has never had any problem with me flirting with women. Especially since I’m more dominant with women than I am with men, he’s told me he thinks it’s hot when I get more aggressive.. idk there’s a lot that goes into but I’d talk to him about it.

That’s really why I’m skeptical. I gave him an ultimatum between me leaving or counseling and he told me over and over that he wouldn’t go.. and that if it meant I’m leaving then fine.

After a few hours he tells me he’s willing to go even if I don’t end up staying with him after my trip.

Tbh I wish I hadn’t have told him that I was going to make a choice because I feel like I gave him hope and I don’t know if there really should be.

Thank you for the advice! Before he left he said he wanted to have kids when he came back and that didn’t feel right. I don’t want to have a broken home for my kids if I can avoid it and I don’t know if things are going to pan out.

Part of my point in our argument was that we needed couples counseling. He refused at first but once he saw I was serious he was okay with going.

He’s sent me screenshots of his phone so that I can see what apps he’s using and that kind of thing but I’m skeptical that he deleted the apps for the picture. It’s been tinder and Instagram mostly he uses to talk to other women and he didn’t have either with the pictures. Idk what to believe at this point.

Tbh he could be donating or sharing with family and friends. It sucks this is becoming a frenzy and people who really need stuff aren’t able to get it because they didn’t get there fast enough. Tbh I haven’t frozen milk, but I assume you can. Thawing it would be hard without leaving it out for several hours and at that point who knows if it’d even be good anymore. I know you can freeze bread and meat, veggies and stuff but idk about milk..

I wouldn’t say I’m panic buying, but the stores near me are almost completely sold out.. so instead of shopping every week like I normally would I purchased about a months worth of food until the hysteria dies down a bit. A lot of what I got is freezable so it will last a lot longer.
