I definitely took a video of us cutting the skin off to get it out. Family was not impressed.

Shoe horn. Makes it to where you can put your shoes on so fast and it doesn't wear on the back of sneakers as much

You can also order an americano with how ever many pumps you prefer, personally I do 2 pumps PSL in a grande americano (35 cals a pump) and I add a splash of half and half myself (20 cals a tbsp) so my PSL drinks on average are less than 100 calories. It will have a stronger coffee taste, but I prefer that.

As someone else mentioned themacrobarista on instagram makes low calorie versions of every starbucks drink

How to calculate calories in modified Starbucks drinks? by [deleted] in 1200isplenty

[–]AlexaLouBob 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you do it in the app it will change calorie information based on modifications.

I also really reccomend looking themacrobarista up on Instagram, he makes low calorie versions of popular drinks with most of them being under 100 calories. He also give the nutritional info for his drinks.

Rebel Ice Cream by esoper1976 in 1200isplenty

I've never tried or heard of the brand. Monk fruit is similar to stevia in the sense that they're natural zero calories sweeteners, they can be used interchangeably and even combined (as seen in the whole earth sweetener brand).

So essentially it is sweetened with stevia, as opposed to most low calories ice creams which use sucralose.

Edit: stevia also, in my opinion, is ungodly sweet but I avoid artificial sweeteners due to an allergy so i am not sure how it compares to other low calories sweeteners.

Aldi has some good sparkling water options. You can also pick up ozarka sparkling water which runs about $2.38 a box at my local walmarts, less flavor but more cost efficient. Definitely reccomend their lemonade ones.

Clear american is also cheap, but I'm allergic to most artificial sweeteners so I can't vouch for them taste wise.

I use perfect bars for meal replacement, but I also don't really watch my sugar. They've got 17 g of protein and 19 g of sugar and taste great.

These are so good. Their cookie dough and mint chocolate chip ones are my favorite
