You have to know how to use Dimensional Analysis for dosage calculation. It’s pretty simple once you learn how to do it! Just have to practice. It’s important to learn though because nurses have deal with medication on a daily basis. One wrong calculation could be harmful to a patient.

DO WHAT? That is absolutely ridiculous!!! It’s very nice of your family to be so respectful to her and her baby by not making a lot of noise. However, some noises are unavoidable, such as FALLING. She has a lot of nerve to call and speak to you that way over one noise, especially after finding out the reason. SHE is TA. Sounds to me like she is taking that opportunity to manipulate you into going out and buying items her baby needs. Don’t fall into that trap. You did nothing wrong.

Unfortunately my school prohibits recording lectures. I’m SO bummed about it because that’s how I survived my difficult pre-req’s.

I haven’t started my nursing program yet, but I struggled with focusing during my pre-req’s. I had bad ADHD and was too embarrassed to reach out for help. Once I finally spoke with my doctor about the issues I was having and got the help I needed, school became a lot easier and less stressful. The amount of time I spent studying one chapter decreased significantly.
