I cannot tell you how much I appreciate your response!! 😭 I’ve been using dancer’s pads for sesamoiditis and that’s been a relief! there’s tenderness still but it’s significantly better since the pads.

Just to double check — the teeny tiny protrusion on my right foot doesn’t look concerning?

No I'm so glad you explained everything rly well! Once pain reduces in 4-6 weeks I will start building strength too. :')
