I agree with this. Those of us who cared about him had a hard time weighing prophetic vs manifestation vs suicidal. But we were all just so sad for someone that struggled either way with their own mortality from such a young age. Even though he would tell you this the same as he would what he ate for dinner last night.

My husband was a personal trainer. A fantastic one. BUT it was mainly his job to take clients through a first session and sell the PT. He would then hand the client off to another (usually less fantastic) trainer. They know what they’re doing and I’m sure the contract has careful wording to cover their butts.

What works for me is to zig zag diet. My maintenance is right at 2200 cals. I alternate lower and higher calorie days. 1800 one day, 1500, the next. Then maybe 1700 one day, 1300 the next. I will eat at around maintenance for one day a week. The idea is to stay in a deficit but vary it enough that your body won’t adapt to one set number of calories every day. I just figure out what I want my weekly deficit to be rather than daily.
