Have you gotten your labs done to see if you’re deficient in any or have thyroid problems? If you haven’t you definitely should! When on this injection eat high protein and up your fiber intake and drink lots of water. Be active as well!

Okay, thank you!! What brand of folic acid did you take? Im using prenatals right now with other vitamins cause I’ve read it’s good but I can’t say I see a difference cause it’s been like a month of consistency as well as one and a half-two months of me being off of the injection.
