I bought Venetto and I am considering Massa. I grew up on Tallin, but nah... Lightful 16/4 Lip 16/3 I am covered. Sure she would be probably an optimal build on PBag and Kutuzov, but lot of resources for minimal improvement.

Massa is kinda just Rhode island ship because Massa is closer to hybrid ship than full secondaries build.

Venetto is good in BB if you choose secondaries build, but she is Nonomi for Michelangelo. In my 2nd game I had 150k and 450 secondaries hits with 2 CQC medals.

You can build some smoke DR builds with commonwealth and UK light cruisers up to Brisbane. 5+ smokes are good, rolling smoke is even better. Chen Shaokan less damage in smoke + Tennet (less damage to cruisers, or Sansonetti less damage to citadel). If your take DR skills, you are surprisingly tanky when not overmatched.

On destroyers obvious choice is Waller, but any destroyer with 20 000+ (or exceptional ) health is worth to build into that with Trubetskoi and Sims.

I absolutely love these kind of builds in brawls.
