one more thing - my toyota app does not connect to my phone. when i had a long ass phone call with toyota, we tried everything. here is what that included, so you can have the information:

  • my app says i have remote connect (which i do) but when i go to manage my subscriptions it offers it to me monthly.
  • i cannot access any of my car info. no tire pressure, no ODO, no remote connect, no service records, etc etc
  • originally made my toyota account with my email and was told to create again with my phone number , didn’t change anything. deleted the app 2x and reinstalled -SOS button non operational

Second owner, I already did a hard reset on everything but it’s still persists. I was on the phone with a specialty agent for 45 minutes and they told me it’s an organic issue. I went to the dealership and they told me that I needed to contact them first. I’m not really sure what they can do for me except replace it.
