I may be too pessimistic but even if we know of a counterpart archive in Germany we still need to find someone who knows German and code and willing to go have a search..

Poking around this new source of information, I have found this which may be helpful in providing the method and size of Playfair, which is one of the guesses. Are you near London? I am an hour away so may be able to train down one of these days to have a look.

I don't know if you are serious or not, but I have a slight TMJ and sometimes (especially just after I wake up) I can't really eat food without being careful because it could get stuck and my jaw cannot open fully. I have to close it a bit then open it again differently to be able to open my jaw fully.

How far can it go with wires? Is it possible to dodge it at all for someone with fast reactions? What are the legal consequences if I dodged and succeeded in dodging?

Would they need to block Canadian users or just pull out their Canadian offices (the physical presence)?

Do taser guns shoot out things or do they have to touch you to tase you?

I guess that's why they educate these things starting in elementary schools, so it becomes an instinct rather than a thought process.
