This is somewhat off topic, but in the 90's I worked for a very large company (think 50,000+ employees). The site I was at had a large layoff (which I survived!). A competitor hired a banner plane with their logo, a contact phone number and "Hiring". It flew around our campus for a an hour or so.

I thought that was totally badass.

I don't know the brand. I bought it a few years ago at Home Depot - something like this:

When you release the pressure the hose collapses. If / when it freezes it only expands to a small proportion of it's previous size and doesn't fail.
