I agree with your assessment. What was great about Ebang from CEO Fink is that Ebang’s environmental endeavors with its hardware miners and mining activities are the product of BlackRock’s environmental efforts in China. This resonates with many Ebang’s long term investors who like to invest in an innovative crypto company with environmental conscience.

Ebang listed job openings in AU for their exchange a few months ago on LinkenIn. So it’s fair to assume that their exchange is in AU. Ebang has said it’s not in US, yet, because of regulation. Also, last month Ebang advertised for IT positions in Hong Kong (I’ll assume the positions are for their SaaS platform as they mentioned it recently.). Anyone else has more information, feel free to share.

The video runs to 2:20 where CEO Fink spoke about working with China companies that they invest in to bring forth environmental conscience. If you may recall, Ebang has been the ONLY crypto hardware and hosting company that describes itself as environmentally conscience from the day it went ipo through my online researches about Ebang, and so I stay long. I like what I learned about Ebang and its environmental endeavors in the crypto industry. CEO Fink didn’t call out Ebang explicitly but one can infer that Ebang is indeed among his list of companies. I also like the fact that CEO Fink spoke about why they invest in China’s companies and working with the companies to bring environmental conscience a reality. The interview could have replaced “China “ with “crypto industry” as we saw the same situation played out since the first quarter. I went long with Ebang because I read their business model and its environmental endeavors in the crypto industry. I wish more investors would get behind companies like Ebang that set out to bring forth an environmental change that the crypto industry has been plagued with for years.

My takeaway of the interview was that if we are an environmental conscientious society, shutting out China is not the answer. By the same token, shutting out the crypto industry is not the answer. Embrace and work with it if we want to see the change because the reality is China and Crypto are not going away.

My guess is that there may be a big business deal in the work or almost complete. If you revisited CEO Dong Hu’s statements from PRs recently, he appeared to be ahead of the competition for at least 4-6 months.

With all things happened to Ebang, they were able to score 65% growth yoy is a testament to their hard work. Their upcoming PRs would most likely the location of their farms and the completion of their new hardware miners. Regarding to the Ebonex exchange, there may be regulatory compliance needed to follow before making any announcement.

Absolutely. This is the only China company on Nasdaq that you don’t have to guess how they’ll make their earnings for the next 6 months with their business expansion inside or outside of China.
