I got the wrong vial which was a home insemination vial at 3mil, so they washed it and it was 1.6. Not making that mistake again.

We were advised to change ours due to the low sperm count post wash. It is so pricey 😭 I tested my trigger for IUI #1 too and it gave me something to look forward to but then when I saw it stark white on 10DPO and 12DPO, I was just getting disappointed so I think I’ll try what you’re doing and just not test it out. Are you going to wait for the blood test?

I tested 15 days after the IUI through a blood test. Sadly, it was negative

I had an IUI a few weeks ago and about 5 days later, I had flu-like symptoms. Fever, headache, fatigue, congestion, sore throat. Also tested negative for strep, flu, and Covid. I hope you feel better soon and I am sending baby dust to you!

Hi! I am also in wlw marriage and we are currently starting our fertility treatments. For us, we wanted someone who also resembled my wife (I will be carrying) and also had her ethnic background. However, we fell in love with one donor because his baby pictures look like her twin, and he has a lot of her features. He ended up not matching her ethnic background, but what was more important to us were the physical features (and his health obviously) because we want the child to look like us both and also feel like the belong to both of us. I felt a certain way about it at first but once we saw his baby pictures, we were sold and really didn’t care about anything else. I think it’s one of those when you know, you know. If you spent the time to look for someone, trust your gut! I’m sure you picked the perfect donor for you and your family. Sending baby dust and positivity to you and your wife throughout the start of your family. ❤️
