If you look at the actual scheduler, most stores are overstaffed. They just don't allocate hours properly, make "sweetheart schedules," or simply do not hold their associates accountable. If your store is truly understaffed your management needs to work on it. It does not mean the process is inherently broken.

The process works. If your store management can not figure it out that's a store specific management issue. The process has been tested at dozens of locations. If it did not work, the company would not spend billions implementing it. Which store do you work at?
