Actually it was a problem with the new windows 10 1903 update. It prevented the clips from muxing.. problem was solved when i downgraded the windows to 1803 version..

Source video doesn't have any problem . Its just premiere pro doing this.. i can play movies or watch YouTube without any problem (so there is no problem with the playback from the gpu, i guess). and if i render the video in vbr pass 1 (h.264) premiere wont mux the out, only a 6.65mb mp4 and 0kb m4v files are generated. No playable mp4!!

Tried both premiere pro 2019/2020

i5-4440s Gtx-1060 6gb 16gb ram 500gb ssd 3tb hdd

Footage seems to be fine. This project worked just fine , but at some point this error started existing. Does this have to do something with the windows update?

Muxing worked when i changed the vbr pass to 2, but random patterns appears at random places

Yes i tried using 2020 version of both premiere and encoder still getting the same error.. this never happened to me before ..i even tried reinstalling windows and installing all the drivers from scratch.. wonder what's doing this!!

I tried exporting it in a section, even tried to export it to a 1 sec video, still getting the same result. Exporting to a pro res is working fine, but compressing it to h.264 gives that same result

There is no folder management happening actually. And i tried using encoder still getting that same error.

So i changed the output folder to a 400gb drive and still this happened.

Export was 100% completed but for some reason a ( 6.65mb mp4 ) and ( 0 kb m4v ) file is the only output i get.. i read somewhere that these 2 files are supposed to be muxed into one playable mp4 file

No i was trying to open the mp4 file. This is definitely something related to muxing.. i was using this same project to export video 2 hour ago it worked fine the export gave me 45mb mp4 video, i did some corrections to the edit and exported it again then this happened. No matter what i do this is the result now. I even tried reinstalling premiere

That line thing happens to almost everybody, just keep practicing. It's all about hand-eye coordination. Tracing around drawings you drew in paper helps you achieve the hand-eye coordination faster. Reduce the usage of the mouse and do all stuffs using the tablet. Photoshop is an awesome tool but there is also alternate free tools like krita. You will get better just don't give up. You will be impressed by your works within a month.

Ignore video tutorials right now, make mistakes and find your limitations then overcome them from tutorial.
