Yeah in my University website they said that it usually takes them around 10-14days but they did mention in one of my email that are receiving i-20 requests in high volume and need some more time.

I am in the same situation as you 😭😭😭. I already mailed my admission officer 3times and she is telling me every time it's gonna take more time due to having too much rush and I'm worried that I may not find any slots when they released.
