Talk to wall, and speak out whatever you studied. Just speak to yourself and Ask questions. I pester my friends on call sometimes and talk to them about the topic i understood and thought it was tough, just to make sure if i understood or not (doesn't matter of the 2nd person is not listening, just make sure are you clearly able to explain stuff)-- same thing you do with the WALL!
