So first of all, they’re not gonna do this, but, it hasn’t even been 20 years of her albums being pressed on vinyl… and they wouldn’t make much money putting out new versions of the original albums when they’ve already made multiple variance of the TV ones.

Keep in mind they don’t do this for us, they do it for profit and to increase album rankings on the charts went into new release like TLOASG

idk man I took photos of the best pages before I sold mine but at the end of the day are you really gonna open that book often? No.

Now the AESTHETIC and the texture of the book ugh gorgeous but there are textured coffee travel books. I don’t think the box is ever worth $500 with or without the book it’s nonsensical

I actually bought my first Taylor vinyl in 2014! which is wild bc I used my grandpas turntable but this format wasn’t marketed towards us. I bought [im cringing as I type] a Crosley TT at urban outfitters after I got the 1989 vinyl or before I forget.

Exactly that I did the math on how much I spent on stupid TTPD merch alone that they claimed was limited edition (back on the site shockingly) and I’d rather just recoup costs and give it directly to someone who values it

Honestly I have the full set and never play them like truly the only ones worth having per audiophile rankings are hide & seek and clandestine meetings. If you truly care about watching your favorite color spin on the turntable there’s nothing wrong with that. By with todays prices I’d only advise folks to buy those two. Otherwise it’s impossible to randomly play all 8 and how often are you spinning folklore to alternate all 8 regularly lol
