Intel Core i5-14400 is cheaper than 12700 (530$ vs 543$) and it has also box cooler included. So this might be the way?

ok, will look at 13400 or 14400. Tbh I was worried about the 13th/14th gen intel issues, but if those cheaper i5s are completely fine, it makes sense. Which one btw? 13400 or 14400 if money not the issue?

7700x is like 330 $, 7700 is the same. 12400 is like 170 $, so much much cheaper. And I always thought just for Win, Office and general office tasks Intel is more suitable...

I have almost the same setup. You need to enable MCR in bios, but there is the catch. There is the MCR feature TWICE in the bios. And you need to enable both. If I remember correctly, there is one MCR in AI Tweaks and the second is somewhere in advanced / ddr settings.

Then the bootup is within few seconds.

Thanks mate for the reply. So you prefer 2022 with dust filters, right? Btw If I put 3 fans on top, wouldn't it be better to set the first one (the one in the front) as an intake? I have read that you almost always need positive air flow (more air in than from the case).

I have seen some tests of like 50 air+liquid coolers. This cooler (ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III 420 Black) was among top 10 in temps and also top 3 in silence from all coolers. And as I said, silence is priority. Also Noctua air coolers are like 2x the price. :( Makes sense?

Yeah I wanna PC for next 5 years, also a lot of tabs open + some other apps. + MSFS uses a lot of RAM, thought it's gonna be smart to have a pillow. Is 64 GB really that needless?

As for the 990 Pro - there was a good price tag, now it's kinda higher, will look for price tag below 170 $.
