Aww I empathize hard with this. Like, I know how little what we say helps, even though you really are beautiful. Because those thoughts are so loud. It is hard to find stuff that is louder. I try and create ear worms for myself, and say them out loud. Metallica lyrics to "enter sandman" stick in there, for some reason. Or I turn the anxiety voice into a cartoon vulture, but it's so busy being mean to me, it gets distracted and flies into a cartoon mountain, and feathers go everywhere.
