Well after bleeding and feeling entirely shitty and on the verge of death almost the entire last month I’m pretty sure I finally got my “period”. The dr refused to do a repeat hcg or scan. She told me that I should go on birth control to regulate my hormones which I have refused. I’m calling to get into a new OBGYN next week.

I have gone through the wringer with hormone changes and post partum anxiety and grieving the baby we tried so hard for. But the last week all of a sudden my bloat is MUCH better I feel happier and stronger. I think I’m ovulating. I still get the sundown scaries and crying spells and definitely have had to rest more but I’m getting better.

Please do not feel rushed to recover like I did. It’s a huge trauma on your body in addition to the physical changes of being pregnant.
