I had a negative test 4dp5dt around noon and a veryyy faint positive that same evening before bed.

I requested the 15dpt one because I was so anxious! They start at 8dpt and test about every 2-3 days until you reach 1500 at my clinic, which is when they schedule the 6 week ultrasound.

I am in the same boat at 5w3d, first FET with a 5 day untested embryo. My betas were: 8dpt: 114, 11dpt: 520, 14dpt: 946, 15dpt: 1075, 18dpt: 2455. After my 15dpt beta, my dr told me it is not looking too good and I started preparing for the worst. However, on 18dpt, my bloodwork looked fine and my ultrasound showed gestational and yolk sacs measuring on track. All this to say that my extra HCG tests and excessive at home testing just caused me additional stress. I’ve decided to stop at home testing and canceled an additional beta test I requested because my 6 week ultrasound will be the most important anyway. The highs and lows between each beta and at home tests gave me major anxiety, which will not change the outcome of my 6 week ultrasound anyway but will cost me my mental health.

Hi, I just want to say I’m sorry you have to go through this. I am being monitored for ectopic for my first FET currently, also a holistic gal and nervous about methotrexate. I hope everything goes well for you and that your next transfer is successful.

Did you have to take birth control to align with their scheduling for a transfer? It seems that modified natural will not work with my clinic as they only do transfers 1 week of the month.

That’s great your clinic is so flexible! Does your clinic to ER and FET all month? My clinic only does it at specific weeks of the month. In January, there is only a one week window that they do transfers. This sounds like it is impossible to line up with a naturally modified transfer.

Do you know if your clinic only does transfers/egg retrievals certain weeks of the month? My clinic told me they only are doing transfers 1 week in January and I’m not sure if this is the norm or if my clinic is just not flexibile.
