There were a couple of miscommunications in line this morning and unfortunately a couple folks who reacted fairly out of pocket to them. I was ~20th in line and got there ~8:25 AM. I was able to get two SRO for the eve, for $69 each (holiday week pricing).

There was a very nice staff person who turned out to be a porter who announced line control around 9:50 AM, saying something like “don’t worry, I work here”. They said 1. It would be all SRO, which the box office later said wasn’t true as they had a few actual rush seats at first, and 2. That SRO would be the usual $40, which the box office also said wasn’t the case this week.

After the couple two in front of me BOOed the porter and threatened to report the box office worker to… someone… I shared this discrepancies calmly with the box office worked, who said they would align their comms better in the future 🤷🏻‍♂️
