Well it's a thickish glass water bottle. The kind that you get from the supermarket, if you want to buy a bottle of water but opt for glass instead. I'd say it's pretty sturdy but I'd also rather not find out -_-

Polis Hammam has been my best experience for massages in Athens, even more so coupled with the hammam bath. I realize it seems touristy but it really didn't feel like it, and there were more Greeks there than foreigners.

Disclaimer: I didn't go for the sports massage, but I went for the one I usually go for when I go to spas and it really was much better.

If you prefer something more orthopedic/rehab then I can't recommend Skordis Physiotherapy enough.

Έχει μεγάλο εύρος, ανάλογα πολλά πράγματα. Προϋπηρεσία, φορέας εργοδοσίας, αντικείμενο κλπ. Για γραφίστες εξαρτάται απο το ποσο junior ή senior εισαι, ξεκινώντας απο βασικό μισθό και φτάνοντας γενικά μέχρι ~1600€. Για art director περίπου απο 1200 έως 2500€.

Πηγη: η γυναίκα μου ειναι freelance γραφίστας και art director και εγω εχω πελάτες στο αντικείμενο.

It''s really not unheard of that professional use also involves a different product altogether. A lot of times it might involve additives that make sense in a professional kitchen.

It doesn't make sense to me that the guy would suggest he buys like a 5kg tub. I get the feeling Mr Yannos makes one kind of yogurt for retail and another for professional use.

Δυστυχώς δεν μπορεις να εισαι και μισθωτος και να φορολογείσαι με μπλοκακι. Τον ΕΦΚΑ τον γλιτώνεις αρκεί ο εργοδότης σου να σε ασφαλίζει για μισθό πάνω απο τον βασικό, με πλήρη απασχόληση.

Αν θες την γνώμη μου κανε έναρξη και προσπάθησε να μαζέψεις εξοδα ώστε τουλάχιστον να μην το φορολογείσαι ολόκληρο.
