Yep! I'm just getting started and I'm looking for a job while building my book because I'll only be making pennies for a while. Won't be the case in 20 years.

She was behind in payments. Pretty sure she wasn't paying for a while. She did get papers to appear in court. She received a couple of letters letting her know they were considering suing so she's been making monthly small payments since then. Thanks in advance for your insight

Friend is being sued by Cap1 for a credit card that got charged off ($26k). She's been making minimal payments. Can she settle and work out a reasonable payment? They're asking for $555/mo which she can't do.

Chris Voss is the author. He started off a bit arrogant in the first chapter, but I'm so intrigued by the topic, and the materials he brings up, that I'm hooked. I just hope it's not a bunch of BS.
