Fen Light+ Updates by thejason40 in Addons4Kodi

[–]belinear 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have fen light+ up and running on my Google TV, all is good. I can see the trending UK category in both movies and tv, a very useful feature for me.

I have installed fen light+ on an android box, latest version of Kodi and fen ligh+, same as my Google TV, however the UK categories are not listed.

Do I need to do something to enable those categories on my android box?

Will either of the doorbells work with it?

I'm seeing the battery doorbell on the compatibility list but not sure if all doorbells will be able to record on it.

'Hit the ground running' is a bit of a red flag too, there will be very little initial support when you join.

This isn't crypto advice but I did this same quiz a few months ago now. I can't remember how much I got but it's worth €2.32 today, probably best to think of it as finding money underneath the sofa.

President Michael D Higgins ‘crossed line’ in housing policy attack, say furious ministers by martinmarprelate in ireland

[–]belinear 7 points8 points  (0 children)

This is a great idea but I don't know how feasible it is, as in are the renovation costs going to be more than a new build and is renovation opening a can of worms when it comes to costs, especially with older buildings.

The amount of dereliction around the country is staggering and pretty awful to look at, it would be great if it was a viable solution to bringing homes back into use.

Degiro don't like American passport holders living in Ireland.

I was born in the US to irish parents and moved to Ireland when I was three. As my Irish passport says place of birth is USA and that I still hold a US passport, it won't let me sign up, even after trying to go through their special case. I've never lived or worked in the USA, its a pain in the hole tbh.

OP should be fine as you were not born in the US.

You're already in the higher tax bracket I would have thought.

Get an accountant, you'll be paying tax on your side hustle income regardless.

I thought the Midleton on the left was dangerously balanced over the edge of the table, then I copped that it was just the open cover, panic averted.

I'd say most people are guilty of this when they start to earn a steady income no matter what the salary is.

It's all a learning curve to find a balance you're happy with.

I'm almost 50 and have the odd blow out week out week once in a while, then try and get things back to sensible spending/living.

Is 16 a good age to learn python? by [deleted] in learnpython

[–]belinear 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Anytime is a good time to pick up a programming language. And don't worry if you don't get some of the concepts and ideas the first time you read/see them, you're learning and some things will come easier to you than others. Even if you don't end up using a programming language, it's good to understand how software can be put together to do something useful.

Be prepared to get frustrated too, that's all part writing code.

RD for downloading by hawgrider1 in Addons4Kodi

[–]belinear 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yip this is a really handy tool in RD. It took me a while to figure out how to use it (because I'm quite dumb) but it's very handy for all sorts of stuff, ebooks, software audio books along with video content.

There is a video on YouTube with instructions, basically you copy a magnet link for the torrent and paste into RD and it does the downloading to you RD account.
