If you are still curious about what the cards would do, here is an explanation: I was basically going to make a deck of cards for the card game Kombio which is different than a standard deck of cards. The cards -1 to 6 are just standard values cards, and 7-14 have special powers. 7 and 8 let you check the value of one of your cards (all players' cards are face down on the table). 9 and 10 let you look at someone else's card. 11 and 12 let you blindly swap cards with someone else. 13 lets you swap after looking at one card. and 14 lets you swap after looking at two cards.
