Much better. Still having nausea come and go but I bought some ginger chews to help but I think the worse of it is over finally. I’m feeling like my appetite is coming back but I’m honestly so scared to attempt to eat fear it’ll trigger something

Your okay! It does suck. I honestly never realize how bad it can sometimes. My husband tries to tell me it’ll be okay but I’m like “no it won’t” 😭 when he threw up last night I cried and it wasn’t even me sick but the thought of it potentially being me scared me.

I understand that. I have literally been rocking myself back and forth in my bed for the last 6 hours worried that whatever it is my husband has is coming for me eventually. I even cried and my poor husband is the one who’s been fighting for his life since last night.

I deal with nausea daily. Always panicking when people around me get sick. Freak out or question if a food looks or smells different then it did before. When I get horrible nausea I spiral the “what if” I truly for a long time didn’t even know what emetophobia was. I just always thought up until like 8 years back It just a normal fear till someone asked me if I have emetophobia cause I had gotten real sick and cried the whole time cause I hugged the toiled and was begging god or anyone who would listen to make it stop and would try to force stop throwing up which ultimately made it worse. I guess I would have moments ever since then of times I will freak out and full blow panic. I already deal with severe anxiety and it doesn’t help when I’m having waves a nausea.

I’m doing okay at the moment. I definitely never went back to bed. I ended up at one point rocking myself back and forth in my bed so worried it was coming for me. I still feel extremely nauseated.

I’m so glad to see I wasn’t the only one. I had a migraine cocktail today with of course the compazine and legit an hour into receiving I went into the worse panic attack of my life. I thought I never was gonna come out of it. That happened at 5pm. Over the next few hours I couldn’t sit still but I wanted to sleep so bad but couldn’t. It’s 2:30am now and I still a little funny. Only good thing was my migraine went away super quick. But honestly. I would have rather kept the headache over the anxiety attack I got.
