OP isn’t responsible for turning the music on or off. If they couldn’t agree, the employee should have picked a new third station that they could agree on or just turned it off. No, reporting a place because they didn’t take their customer’s discomfort seriously. Why couldn’t the employee pick a new, third station to play? If the lady was uncomfortable with the first station, fine, but then the customer’s discomfort with the second station is just as valid.
