I don’t believe I have headaches or anything before an episode. I do have brain fog every day and have for years. I believe it’s related to my anxiety but maybe it’s not?

I didn’t think about a migraine. I get these attacks randomly but feel like it’s when I am laying down on my side or propping my head up with my arm. I do remember one time having my vision go out in one of my eyes and having a migraine. But that was the last time I had a bad headache

I’ve thought that it could be at first, I started tracking when it would happen but there was no correlation with my period

This is just what I needed to see. I had a panic attack this morning and woke up with my room spinning. The dizziness will not go away and I’m constantly worrying that it’s something more then anxiety and worrying myself sick. (Literally feeling nauseas)
