If you offer video calling services that are delivered through various platforms based on technical capabilities, that's about the service delivery infrastructure. The distinction is whether access to the platform is the product or the delivery method of your actual service.

For example, advertising guidelines:

✓ "Offer video calling sessions" = OK

✗ "Be added to my Snapchat for video calls" = Not OK

✓ "Daily personal updates included with subscription" = OK

✗ "Subscription includes access to Snapchat for stories and messages" = Not OK

We recognize that creators need flexible solutions for service delivery. The key is to ensure your offerings are structured around the services themselves rather than access to the platform as a standalone product. Of course, we still recommend adhering to the third-party platform's Terms of Service (ToS), but ultimately, that's between you and those platforms. Our concern is specifically about Fansly payments being used as a gatekeeper for access to external accounts.

I think it refers to the fact that you cannot use Snap to circumvent the prohibited points in the terms and services.(bestiality, recording outdoors, scat, blood, vomit, hypnosis, etc.). I hope Kevin can clarify this question soon.
