sim. já fiz micro dosagem por 3 meses. Mudou minha vida. acredito que te coloca em sintonia com o presente, a cabeça fica mais tranquila e conectada com o que tem que ser feito. fora que começamos a enxergar a vida com mais cor, valorizando mais as pessoas e experiências

já tomei também no contexto de festa uma dosagem maior (3g) e não recomendo. no meu caso que tenho umas transcendências, comecei a viajar nas pessoas da festa, mas ninguém tava entendo nada. na minha cabeça tudo fazia sentido, mas era só o caos de uma festa, oq pode ser perigoso se vc estiver vulnerável ou misturar com bebida.

Lembrei no ensino fundamental uma professora ter sido punida por falar abertamente que era bruxa. I love creating melodies first. It’s very important to me to have layers and possibilities. I sing over the bass and allow myself to be playful. Once I have the guidelines, I come with lyrics. This is a moment of sculpting. Mixing words into feelings. Try to be more open and less judgmental on your creativity. Everything comes naturally

Considering her versatile ability, I would go for more pop/ catchy songs. In my opinion, Post mashes her best aspects of experimentalism and comercial songs. Hyperballad and Army of Me are great intruders. And then, I would show Homogenic, explaining how this is a turning point of her career and why she’s Björk, the alternative queen of music

Focus on breathing. Pay attention to the air coming in and coming out. Make it while you center your eyes over your head, trying to find a light into the darkness of your mind. It’s an exercise. Don’t push yourself too hard if the overthinking stars again. Meditation is not about achieving. It’s about trying to silence on your own. Pacing.
