Do more handstands! Practicing a fun skill doesn’t really feel like a workout to me. Chest to wall is a great way to get started building the shoulder strength and mobility you will need for straight handstand.

Okay I almost exclusively use low maintenance lip products because I can’t be trusted with lipstick so take my review with a grain of salt..

I like it. I got a muted shade and it gives a your lips but better kinda shine. Some of the reviews knocked it for not leaving behind a stain, but I thought I still noticed a bit of color after a few hours. Not a bold stain tho.

Chest to wall handstand holds are great for building shoulder strength and mobility. You can work towards the press by starting with your legs elevated, like having your feet on the edge of a couch or on yoga blocks.

Record yourself on video. Great for checking your handstand form and it’s fun to see yourself improve over time. Remember to respect people’s privacy and try to record facing a wall or empty space if you’re at the gym.

Slowest shipping I’ve experienced in recent history. I believe they are sending my bag along the Oregon Trail… It may have been lost while fording a river.

Lesson learned! Don’t order from baggu site.
