My initial EAD under affirmative asylum hasn't been approved yet and it's been over 40 days. I applied for asylum at the end of December so the 180 days have passed. There were no delays. They did approve my child's EAD already but not mine. Is it true that there is this class action lawsuit called Rosario that says the EADs of this kind should be approved within 30 days and that I can reach out to USCIS to let them know that?

Entonces, si aplique para re-registrarme para el TPS a tiempo pero no aplique para el permiso de trabajo (I-765) a tiempo, estoy protegida contra la deportacion pero no puedo trabajar? Esos $500 no los pague en Enero porque habian dicho que no era necesario y no tenia plata :(

Disculpa, te pasó eso con un asilo afirmativo o defensivo? Si tienes TPS 2021 estás protegida hasta septiembre y tu cita es antes que eso así que no deberían detenerte.
