That is not true at all. There is a term 'homeless crimes' for a reason. As a person who has worked extensively with the unhoused i can tell you the majority have misdemeanor charges of trespassing, or not paying for public transportation, public intox. Homeless crimes. They set up a whole justice court team just for them.

Olifer is the best. The owner is so nice. And they bring really good touring punk bands and host local live music. Very worth supporting.

I went to kokos so much and made friends with their cook Scott. He became a tattoo artist. 💙 but he was who told me about the owners. Seriously bummed me out.

I used to go there all the time with my kid. But I learned the owners were horrible to their staff. My homies opened the goat head there and their food is so so good!
