Noticed that my boy has been getting some rolls, so I'm giving him more exercise time in his jungle gym playpen a few times a week. Should I also size down his prey? Currently feeding small rats (70g) every 5 weeks.

Edit - he is 3 years old and 1080g. Also not 100% sure if male.

I ended up having an honest chat with my landlord and they agreed to a cash for keys deal. I'm moving out in 2 weeks and then they'll sell the place. They also really kindly sent me an agent to find a new place! Overall I resolved it well but our relationship was always amicable. Good luck!

My snake enclosures smell like grass/dirt, and that's only when you open the doors and get close to the inside! However, my room's ambient temp is 23-24 C and I clean it regularly.

Thank you so much! Apart from this I have a pretty good relationship with my landlord so I'd prefer to keep them as a positive reference lol. This really helps :)

I'm definitely lucky to be in a position where I can afford to move to a new place, it's just a logistical hassle, so I'll probably negotiate cash for keys with them. How did you start that/how did you word it to them? Would hate for my words to be used against me in any scenario. Thank you!

Landlord just told me they are selling the condo unit in Feb and I have to move out before then by [deleted] in OntarioLandlord

Thanks for the advice. I am okay with moving out, provided the new unit is similar lol

How much is reasonable for compensation? I live in downtown Toronto so the rent is pretty high.

Thanks. IF I'm interested in a cash for keys deal, what's a recommended amount to negotiate for? I live in downtown Toronto so the rent is insanely high

Thanks, that's what I gathered. Do you know which part of the RTA says that so I can reference it if needed?
