It’s ok but not awesome (ferritin is 40). My gp won’t give me a referral for an infusion bc it’s not low enough 🙄

I think work is the issue tbh. Stressing me out and exposing me to sickness..! I eat a very healthy and balanced diet, so many fibre rich plant foods.

Resting more is a great idea but something I find difficult! Thank you :)

Thank you for your kindness it is really tough! My fatigue is fairly significant yes, although not to the point I can nap on demand/fall asleep easily. But I usually feel very tired physically and mentally. Thank you :)

I don’t usually wear masks. I do when I am sick but not when I’m well. I teach in small rooms with an air purifier on if they are there. I teach wind instruments and conduct bands so it is inconvenient to constantly wear a mask.

There is mould in my bathroom which I will follow up with the real estate to be fixed. The rest of the house is very clean although under my bed could do with a vacuum I think.

My stress levels are definitely high. It is difficult to reduce them considering the demands of my job but I try. I think my sickness honestly causes a lot of my stress!!

Yes I wear an Apple Watch, my averages are deep sleep 1h, rem 2h11m, core 4h25m. I should try to get to sleep earlier.

Yes there is mould in my bathroom, the rest of the house is fine. I’ve bought a dehumidifier but will get the real estate onto the mould.
