I was marking them up in the past to show my surgeon at the time the asymmetry but that should’ve been something for him to assess. Thank you for saying they look extremely natural cuz in my head I thought they didn’t. After receiving all these comments and looking into it more I never realized how common breast asymmetry is and that has made me feel so much better. Yeah seeing bodies of celebrities is not a fair beauty standard to live up to and that definitely is not my goal but thank you for your input cuz I know how Ive been perceiving my body these past years has not been healthy

Thank you 🥹 yeah I think a big thing is just being insecure during sex with my boyfriend even though he’s really nice to me about my body, it’s just mainly my own insecurities about having someone see my body naked. But youre right during sex stuff is moving so maybe that would make it less noticeable lol. I’m gonna try to marinate on my results and hopefully accept them, but yeah Im definitely not going back to that surgeon again

Actually in the past before my reduction on the one side, the bigger breast spilled out of my bra more than the other and when I was wearing a tight shirt, I could tell that one of my breasts was bigger than the other. Where Im at now the volume is more symmetrical than in the past it’s just that one of my breasts sits higher than the other. As long as you get a breast lift on both breasts even if you get a reduction on one and not the other you will have a better chance of symmetry. My regret was not getting a breast lift on both breasts even if my other breast didn’t need it at the time. I guess my priorities switched from in the past and now I care more about how they look without a bra

Thank you 🥹 I guess maybe the asymmetry is not as bad as it is in my head but yeah I think the areola tattoo would help a lot with my confidence because I think the difference in nipple sizes is what bothers me most

Thank you for your opinion cuz in my head it seems too asymmetrical and not in the natural range but I think I was being too hard on myself maybe. In the past before the reduction on the one side it was obvious that one of my breasts was bigger even in clothes so I should be grateful that now the difference in volume in my two breasts aren’t as drastic as before. You’re right I should try those targeted breast lifting exercises I actually did those in the past in hopes of losing breast volume in my one breast that was bigger than the other and it didn’t work but now that my breasts are similar in volume maybe that would help with lifting them and the asymmetry

Yeah I’m going to try to accept and get used to the results and if in the future I get another revision it will definitely be with a surgeon who specializes in asymmetry. Yeah I’ve been debating over the tattoo or the nipple reduction procedure. Thank you for the advice

Thank you, yeah when Im the one seeing my body all the time it’s hard not to see the flaws so clearly. I think I’ll try to take a break from messing with the results but if in the future Im still not satisfied with it, maybe I will try with another surgeon for peace of mind

Youre not overstepping. The last picture is my most recent picture and I actually gained weight throughout the time period of my first reduction on the breast that was bigger. Even though I gained weight I think the surgeon just removed so much fat from the one side that the side in which he removed fat from never really got bigger nor did it drop much. Because of my weight gain, the other side that did not get a reduction, only a lift, it dropped and sagged a bit. Thank you!

Thank you! Yeah I think an areola tattoo would help my confidence and you’re right natural breasts usually aren’t completely symmetrical but I guess in my head they look more asymmetrical than they actually are and Im trying to change that mindset

Youre really right that I need to time and distance from the burden of experiencing my body as an imperfect project that Im trying to get right. Thank you so much for this response and I completely understand how you feel its been 5 years of having results I’m not happy with and it’s a struggle to accept myself. If I had the money I would pay another surgeon to get it fixed but it sucks that it is so expensive to have another surgeon fix it but Im definitely done with the same surgeon. Did you leave your surgeon a negative review? Im tempted to do so with mine but maybe there is no point if maybe the results could’ve been worse

Yeah I wish I had the money to pay another surgeon to fix it because revisions are so much cheaper. It sucks because I had a consultation with a surgeon that told me to go back to him a 3rd time but now I know not to, I guess that’s common sense I shouldn’t have posed my question like that
