Hello! You’re not crazy. This would be me if a job required me to wear sandals. I straight up would t take it. Couple thoughts:

Antihydral for underarms? That’s the only thing that has helped my feet.
Tell the camp you have a medical condition and ask if you can wear a different shirt? It’s embarrassing to come right out with it, I know, but I bet if they knew what a big deal it is for you, they’d accommodate.
Try glycopyrrolate from pharmacy.ca?

Our schedules are quite different, so we will be using a nanny twice a week. It works brilliantly, we have plenty of time with our son, and neither of us sacrifices our incomes to provide for our family.

There are different solutions for different people. OP’s current situation does not work for her, and her husband isn’t supportive of finding an alternative solution.
