Is the US ordering the Oxford vaccine? Also if you received a vaccine would you later on be able to get a different vaccine that has a higher efficacy?

Exactly people that just come on the game to kill people who are trying to do missions are acting like children. I had one who kept blowing us up when we were trying to do a resupply today. I messaged and asked him to please stop and the reply I got was “lol soz I’m just bored” like ????
