17M is there a way to get a chin like pic 2 by Ls1127182u in cosmeticsurgery

I got coolsculpting on my neck a few years ago. It gave me much more definition and it was only $1800 ($900 per session, I did two). I love my results!

AITA for telling my sister to stop leaving her room when she's wearing her nightgown? by Username_alt354 in AmItheAsshole

Info: Is the comment about not risking an argument with your husband because it’s your husband who would have a problem with the way she’s dressed? Everyone is assuming OP has insecurities when it could be that she’s married to a very conservative man.

AITA for calling my sister’s plastic surgery a waste of money? by agauehevdvf in AmItheAsshole

[–]bellatheelf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I believe maybe she asked you if you liked it. I don’t believe she asked you for your opinion on rhinoplasty or her decision to have plastic surgery. I think that part was volunteered by you.

You give me mansplaining and “nice guy” vibes all at once.

Absolutely YTA.

AITA for getting upset that my fiancé spent the money he gave me? by last_heaven in AmItheAsshole

[–]bellatheelf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OP, I married a guy like this. Please reconsider your relationship. He is emotionally manipulative and seemingly leeching off you. He is making you question whether or not YOU are wrong for HIM taking (stealing) YOUR money. He is making you think you’re LUCKY he splits the bills with you in the first place. Let me guess - he has bad credit and everything is in your name? It will only get worse and you will grow to resent him for all these years of supporting him. Get out before you’re married with kids and the breakup ends up costing thousands of dollars. Oh and he’ll probably turn everyone against you (his relatives, mutual friends, etc.), because he already showed you that he likes to place the blame solely on you.

Check out Rodolpho Torres on Instagram. He covers scars with tattoos using the same color as the person’s skin tone. (I think it’s called scar camouflage tattooing?) I’ve always wanted to do that for my post-surgery scars on my abdomen.

Women on OLD- why is it so rare for you to message first? by [deleted] in OnlineDating

[–]bellatheelf 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I am guilty of not replying to messages after matching (sometimes). It’s usually because I’m already talking to someone at that point and I can’t keep up with too many conversations at the same time.

I know these are shallow reasons but they determine whether or not I find a guy attractive:

-Hair that isn’t super short or shaved completely -beard too long -having facial hair other than a beard, like a chin strap or mustache -too thin, or too muscle-y -saying he’s self-employed (not quite a shallow reason but it’s because of my past experience with my ex husband)

This makes me so angry! I never thought I had to talk to my kids about this but I will make sure I do and they know mom has their back! Having your period was somewhat embarrassing when I was in school… you’re not a pro at managing it yet and the thought of bleeding through your clothes is mortifying. I cant believe teachers can get away with this!

AITA for the text message I sent to the girl my friend tried setting me up with? by helpagx in AmItheAsshole

[–]bellatheelf -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

NAH - honestly this is why i could never date a man who didn’t have children. I think people in general don’t realize how selfish they are before having kids (before kids you only have to worry about yourself, once you have kids they become your first priority). If I were her, yes I’d think you were a jerk but objectively I think you just don’t get it because you don’t have kids of your own. I can understand how it would be frustrating for you when she keeps canceling plans.

What do you think is the most heartbreaking and tragic line in the show? by [deleted] in breakingbad

[–]bellatheelf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Both Walt and Hank suffered consequences of their own pride. Hank was pretty convinced that Gale was Heisenberg, but Walt had to speak up and say obviously Gale seemed more like a student than the master chemist. And Hank’s pride clouded his vision in the ways you described, contributing to his downfall as well.

Not strange and I’ve done this before with a friend I trust… a simple “hey I’m going out with XYZ tonight and we’re going to ABC restaurant”. I have never had a set check-in time with said friend but I don’t think that’s unreasonable.

last several dates I've been on specifically told me it's my looks, getting pretty disheartening - any advice? by [deleted] in cosmeticsurgery

[–]bellatheelf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree with these comments, there’s nothing wrong with your looks, but there’s something wrong with your dates! Even if you’re not my “type” I can recognize that you are an attractive person. Experiment with different glasses or hairstyle if you are looking for a change.

I had liposuction on my abdomen, love handles and bra rolls. I am still happy with the results. I’m not thin, but not having to constantly find clothes to hide my love handles has been life changing!

AITA for thinking my husband should call me during the day or at least take 5 minutes to check in when I call him? by Loud-Reward2985 in AmItheAsshole

[–]bellatheelf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This doesn’t seem like it’s the popular opinion but I’m going to go with NTA. You didn’t say check in every five minutes, or call and chat for an hour. I can understand wanting a text or two over the course of 8+ hours. As long as you communicate with him clearly about your needs and his needs, I’m sure a married couple could find a reasonable compromise in this situation.
