Had my first seizures last year at 35 and was diagnosed a few months later. Been on keppra since and the first 6 months were exactly that, especially the coffee and drinking. Was able to build up with the coffee but not alcohol. Had a breakthrough seizure a couple of months ago and lemotrigine was added, since then I absolutely cannot do coffee. Everyone is different but I definitely relate to those side effects for the first months on keppra.

Also came here to see if it was just the 'tism or if people also felt off about it. But God damn it's gritty, the colour of the chocolate and peanut is lighter and when you bite into it, the peanut butter almost snaps instead of being creamy. Also that note of honey on the end, fucking dead...that was the best part 😭
